Professional Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess the following experience: A minimum of 8 years professional experience in a combination of consulting and corporate positions. A bachelor's degree. Experience working in one of the Big 4 or top-tier global consulting firms? is a plus PMP certification or a solid project management methodology highly desired. Previous project management experience in any of the following:? Information Technology, ERP System Implementations, Business Intelligence, Software, M&A's Public Sector, Healthcare, Banking, and/or Utility Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional (highly matrixed) organization. Supported of and understanding of the following business groups: Business Intelligence, Finance, Services, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales and/or HR. Must be able to work independently with minimal direction. Strong business judgment and business sense to identify and interpret project management issues and risks, and ability to escalate effectively and appropriately. Business acquisition/integration experience preferable. Exhibit ownership of tasks and see them to closure. Self starter, able to learn quickly and to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of management.
