The results were exctiging.? GNDT inhibited proliferation of HCT-116 and HT-29 colon cancer cells.? It also inhibited transcriptional activity of beta-catenin. The study suggests that GNDT ? or Reishi ? might be a potential chemotherapeutic agent for the treatment of cancer.? In plain English, Reishi could represent natural chemotherapy without the side effects of conventional chemotherapy.
